Tinting Charge for Venetian Plaster and Lime Paint Orders
ANY changes to the approved formula must be approved by the customer with a new sample before orders are mixed
Once colors are approved by the customer, there is a tint & handling charge for future orders of that color.
Gallon or smaller container - $25 per container tinting fee
Four and Five-gallon pails - $100 per container tinting fee
Additional charge for dark colors (deep tones) Tint volume greater than 2.5 ounces per gallon = $15 per ounce
Paint Tinting
Some of the paints we sell are only available in the colors provided by the manufacturer. If we do not have a formula for your color, custom tinting charges will apply.
Some products we do not tint. We sell colorants for that purpose.
Primer Tinting
Despite the fact that primer is not always recommended by paint manufacturers, we take a dim view of omitting primer.
Tinting primer-1/2 paint formula: $10.00/container; tint volume exceeding 2.5 ounces per gallon = $15.00 per ounce of tint
Custom tinting charges apply for custom primer colors
Turnaround: Two full day for samples; depending on the queue
We need time to provide a superb color match. We observe and make small incremental adjustments until we believe you will be satisfied with the results.
Orders: Turnaround-mutually agreed upon terms when the order is placed
Rush Orders are subject to an additional charge by mutual agreement.
Please note: All approval samples and orders must be paid in advance.
We reserve the right to charge for additional liters when the approval sample is picked up or delivered. A good color match may require a new liter since color cannot be backed out of the mix.
Tinted Products are not returnable. We also can not tint products that we do not sell.
